- Drive data-driven strategies and lead cultural transformation in SMB Sales
- Optimize operations while working closely with offshore SMB Sales teams
- Leverage advanced data analytics to identify revenue opportunities
- Lead the transition from transactional to consultative sales approach
- Design and execute targeted campaigns to maximize customer lifetime value
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in high-growth Sales or Marketing roles
- At least 2 years in a strategic leadership or partner management capacity
- Strong understanding of Inside Sales KPIs and "Lead-to-Revenue" frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
