Lead and be accountable for the development of complex integrated bids across TELUS' capabilities (IOT, Data, Voice, Applications and Wireless)
Interface effectively with Enterprise and Public Sector customers as well as internal TELUS stakeholders to orchestrate and enable creative development of large complex solutions
Analyze specific business needs and recommend suitable complex solutions to resolve them
Develop opportunity pursuit plans by leveraging industry and customer insight to ensure TELUS has a winning sales strategy
Provide best-in-class business consulting expertise and solution development leadership to the account and stakeholder teams

Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in successful consulting, selling or marketing of complex telecommunication or Information Technology solutions, ideally in a customer facing role
Renowned persuasion skills which will be used to construct a convincing business case; express it clearly and gain consensus around decisions, plans and actions in relation to both the customer and TELUS stakeholders
The ability to speak the language of stakeholders at all levels, including the 'C-suite'
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and maintain effective relationships across TELUS and other organizations
Great at time and internal resource management, able to plan, coordinate, and monitor a significant number of functions and tasks simultaneously
Known for both tactical and strategic approaches
Effective at assessing and articulating competitive position vs TELUS’, can speak confidently to TELUS’ ability to support sales strategy, recommending alternatives as appropriate
Technical knowledge of telecommunication services and solutions (great to haves)
Financial and risk analysis, business case development experience (great to haves)
Knowledge/certification in ITIL principles (great to haves)
Knowledge/certification in PMP or related project management skills and experience (great to haves)
