About the role

  • Data entry: register supplemental healthcare providers in the TELUS Provider Registry
  • Maintain existing data on a regular basis
  • Resolve issues reported by end users of our products via various communication channels with customers, including phone, email, and chat
  • Communicate with stakeholders, i.e., insurers and provincial governing bodies
  • Manage and oversee projects for internal and external clients to ensure successful completion
  • Be flexible in providing support to clients across other TELUS Health product segments as needed
  • Support new TELUS Health initiatives

Requirements

  • Bilingual (French and English) required
  • At least one year of customer service or service-oriented industry experience
  • Contact center experience (inbound and outbound calls), and knowledge of customer key performance indicators (KPIs) is an asset
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong critical thinking skills for problem solving
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Flexibility to meet varied client needs
  • Demonstrated willingness to prioritize customers
  • Ability to work in an environment with changing deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external clients
  • Ability to work rotating 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and midnight
