About the role
- Data entry: register supplemental healthcare providers in the TELUS Provider Registry
- Maintain existing data on a regular basis
- Resolve issues reported by end users of our products via various communication channels with customers, including phone, email, and chat
- Communicate with stakeholders, i.e., insurers and provincial governing bodies
- Manage and oversee projects for internal and external clients to ensure successful completion
- Be flexible in providing support to clients across other TELUS Health product segments as needed
- Support new TELUS Health initiatives
Requirements
- Bilingual (French and English) required
- At least one year of customer service or service-oriented industry experience
- Contact center experience (inbound and outbound calls), and knowledge of customer key performance indicators (KPIs) is an asset
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong critical thinking skills for problem solving
- Ability to work independently
- Strong collaboration skills
- Flexibility to meet varied client needs
- Demonstrated willingness to prioritize customers
- Ability to work in an environment with changing deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external clients
- Ability to work rotating 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and midnight
