Requirements
- College diploma in a relevant field (Bachelor's degree is an asset)
- Minimum 7 years of customer service experience
- 4 years of experience in operations management and/or people management
- Bilingual (spoken and written) required
- Able to work well under pressure
- Excellent planning skills
- Proficient with Office suites (Google Workspace)
- Advanced proficiency in English is required
