• Manage on‑site operations including flight operations, collections, processing, administration, logistics, aircraft maintenance, personnel welfare, facilities, communications, and host‑nation subcontractors
• Coordinate daily operational planning, scope, design, and execution
• Maintain oversight of deployed staff, equipment, and operational readiness
• Conduct site audits for compliance with Government metrics

Manager, Clinical Operations – FSP

• Working within the Medical Affairs organization, the Senior Clinical Project Manager (Specimen Management) is responsible for clinical trial management of multiple studies and may be subject matter authority for group or platform of assigned clinical studies including the planning, implementation, oversight, project management and completion of clinical trials conducted by Medical Affairs or Contract Research Organizations (CRO).
• The Senior Clinical Project Manager may also serve as mentor to other Clinical Project Managers.
• This role serves as the project lead for multiple studies of high complexity from protocol development through study conduct and closeout in compliance with Good Clinical Practices, and all Global, National and Local Regulations.
• Reports to and collaborates with Clinical Portfolio Management to review business requests and evaluate or develop early plans and concepts for optimal study execution.
• Works without appreciable supervision and direction, prepares and/or reviews study-related or essential study start-up documents as they relate to the assigned clinical trials (e.g., Clinical Protocols, Informed Consent forms, Monitoring Plan, Clinical Product Management Plan, Clinical Safety Management Plan, Case Report Form (CRFs), CRF Completion Guidelines and other relevant documents).
• Serves as a Clinical Project Manager ensuring that the Study Management team meets or exceeds the timelines and deliverables assigned to the study team.
• Oversees/leads study-specific study management resources.
• Develops and manages group of studies for an entire business unit or large development program.
• Mentors other Clinical Project Managers.
• Provides critical thinking and leadership when issues arise during execution of clinical studies.
• Writes protocols, clinical study reports and other clinical study deliverables as applicable.
• Leads or gives to continuous improvement activities/initiatives.
• Handles relationships with sites/PIs, other study related vendors, including CROs.
• Intermediate knowledge, of established project management standards used to develop and maintain integrated project plans (scope/work packages, time/schedule, cost/material and human resources, quality, communication/escalation, risk, value) and organizes/facilitates meetings and discussions as needed.
• Defines, tracks and reports schedule attributes such as durations, interdependencies, achievements, critical path and other key deliverables including efficiency and effectiveness of plans and staff.
• Adapts work package deliverables based on study scale and complexity.
• Creates bold but achievable resource and budget forecasts and timelines.
• Interacts with both Internal and External representatives, providing direction to the cross functional team members and vendors (if applicable) regarding the technical, protocol-specific and operational aspects of assigned studies.
• Proactively identifies and manages risks and issues (including a log, mitigations, and contingencies) to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of the project including critical issues if needed.
• Plans and maintains high quality standards to meet compliance requirements. All other duties as assigned.

Senior Clinical Project Manager, Specimen Management

• Collaborate with area nurse managers to address clinical staff performance concerns and ensure clinical support
• Collaborates with area leadership on clinical candidate screening and selection
• Direct oversight of assigned staff in the area
• Partner with nurse managers and pharmacy leadership to review and adjust clinical staffing across assigned sites as necessary
• Review assigned events in origami and regional event dashboards to identify trends in patient safety/quality needs
• Provide quarterly event trend report
• Partner with Risk Management, nurse managers and clinical staff to ensure timely Origami event review and appropriate follow-up
• Assists in the preparation of the annual area budget related to clinical services

Area Director, Clinical Operations

• Contributes to the development of clinical strategies aligned with regulatory and commercial goals.
• Collaborates with R&D, Regulatory, and Marketing on clinical trial designs and endpoints.
• Prepares and presents findings of assigned studies to internal and external stakeholders.
• Leads and manages the execution of assigned clinical studies.
• Oversees protocol development, site selection, budgeting, contracting, and CRO/vendor management for assigned studies.

Clinical Project Manager

• As an intern, you will have the opportunity to rotate through various roles to gain experience in Clinical Delivery.
• Performs all tasks in accordance with applicable guidelines, (e.g., ICH-GCP), company and sponsor SOPs, project plan, study-specific processes, local regulatory requirements.
• Completes essential document collection and review throughout the study lifecycle, organizes and maintains site clinical trial master file (TMF) documents, and maintains site-related data in applicable clinical systems according to procedures and guidelines.
• Ensures timely and complete data entry into CTMS.
• Performs risk assessment and management responsibilities throughout the project including site process evaluation, addressing follow up items and issue escalation.

• Facilitate ordering and tracking of trial materials as needed.

Excel Intern – Clinical Operations

• The "First Impression": Conduct rapid outreach to new referrals, welcoming them to the program and setting the tone for their care journey.
• Intake & Eligibility (The VOB): Perform Verification of Benefits (VOB) and confirm program qualification to ensure a seamless billing path.
• The Calendar Lead: Own the scheduling and rescheduling loop. You are responsible for ensuring patients and providers show up for their E/M visits and resolving "no-show" hurdles.
• Tech Troubleshooting: Act as a "Member Concierge," helping patients and providers navigate our platform, sign consents, and fix audio/video issues before their appointments.
• Data Integrity: Maintain a "Zero Inbox" mentality within our Case Management Systems, ensuring every interaction is documented for clinical continuity and reimbursement.
