About the role
- Provide world-class support to business clients in a call center environment
- Use provided documentation and training to support: Desktop computers, Applications (custom and standard), Network connections, Mobile devices, Telephony systems
- Act as a liaison between the client and other support teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues
Requirements
- Fluency in both official languages (spoken and written)
- Ability to follow documented processes and ask necessary questions directly related to the client's products and services
- Document all steps taken in the ticket log
- Excellent communication skills
