About the role
- Execute and monitor Adoption Plans for customers;
- Populate the Customer Success system with reliable, up-to-date information;
- Support contract renewal processes for support agreements;
- Create quotes for software and support renewal processes;
- Prepare commercial proposals for renewals;
- Structure renewal plans involving Enterprise Agreements;
- Manage scheduling of Customer Success activities with clients.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program;
- Knowledge of process structuring;
- Knowledge of Cisco Lifecycle Incentives;
- Intermediate English.
