About the role
- The Bookkeeper I at Out of the Box Technology plays a crucial role in supporting our clients’ financial operations by ensuring accurate transaction recording, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and proficient in QuickBooks Online/Desktop. Working under the guidance of more senior bookkeepers and accountants, the Bookkeeper 1 will help maintain financial records, process accounts payable and accounts receivable and assist with month-end closing tasks. This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop a strong foundation in bookkeeping, accounting software, and client service while growing within a dynamic and technology-driven environment.
