Backend Engineer

• Develop complete features: REST APIs in the Java backend and Angular components in the frontend
• Implement and maintain REST endpoints consumed by the UI and by internal services
• Build and evolve operational screens: dashboards, listings, filters, forms and data visualizations
• Ensure authentication and access control in both backend and frontend layers (JWT)
• Write unit and integration tests in the backend and unit tests in the frontend
• Collaborate on defining API contracts between frontend and backend
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the evolution of team standards
• Maintain code quality and consistency across both layers

Network Engineer

• Plan, design and implement wired and wireless networks using tools from leading vendors such as Aruba, Cisco, Fortinet, etc.
• Conduct site surveys, coverage analysis and AP capacity planning.
• Configure and manage Layer 2 access switches and Layer 3 switches; configure and manage Fortinet firewalls.
• Monitor the health and performance of wired and wireless networks, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Perform firmware upgrades, patches and preventive maintenance on network equipment.
• Implement and maintain robust wireless security policies, including authentication, authorization and accounting (AAA).
• Configure and manage 802.1X authentication, captive portals and guest access.
• Monitor and respond to security threats and vulnerabilities on wired and wireless networks.
• Provide advanced technical support for incidents and issues related to wired and wireless networks, and document procedures, configurations and network policies.

• Analyze RFPs, public notices, procurement bids, terms of reference, and technical requests from public and private clients.
• Gather, organize, and translate technical and business requirements into cybersecurity solutions.
• Develop complete technical and commercial proposals, including scope, solution architecture, schedule, assumptions, exclusions, risks, effort estimates, team sizing, BOM (Bill of Materials), and supporting documentation.
• Support the composition of security solutions and services, primarily SOC, MDR, GRC, Pentest, vulnerability management, IAM, PAM, SIEM, EDR/XDR, DLP, among others.
• Help define technical, operational, and commercial assumptions to ensure proposals are viable and aligned with the company's delivery capabilities.
• Work closely with sales, technical, delivery, and partnerships teams to consolidate information required for the proposal.
• Perform cost, margin, fees, and tax analyses using spreadsheets and financial models to validate the technical, commercial, and operational sustainability of opportunities, ensuring project financial profitability.
• Interact with vendors, distributors, and partners for solution composition, quotations, BOMs, and technical validation.
• Identify risks, inconsistencies, scope gaps, and points of attention in client proposals and documents.
• Support the handover of approved opportunities to implementation, operations, or service delivery teams.

Pre-Sales Consultant – Cybersecurity (Mid-Level)

• Planejar, projetar e implementar redes cabeadas e wireless utilizando as ferramentas dos principais fabricantes do mercado, tais como Aruba, Cisco, Fortinet etc.
• Realizar site surveys, análise de cobertura e dimensionamento de APs (Access Points).
• Configurar e gerenciar controladores de mobilidade para otimização de desempenho e segurança.
• Configurar e gerenciar Switches de acesso camada dois e Switches de Camada 3.
• Configurar e gerenciar Firewalls Fortinet.
• Monitorar a saúde e o desempenho da rede cabeada e wireless, identificando e resolvendo problemas proativamente.
