About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze RFPs, public notices, procurement bids, terms of reference, and technical requests from public and private clients.
Gather, organize, and translate technical and business requirements into cybersecurity solutions.
Develop complete technical and commercial proposals, including scope, solution architecture, schedule, assumptions, exclusions, risks, effort estimates, team sizing, BOM (Bill of Materials), and supporting documentation.
Support the composition of security solutions and services, primarily SOC, MDR, GRC, Pentest, vulnerability management, IAM, PAM, SIEM, EDR/XDR, DLP, among others.
Help define technical, operational, and commercial assumptions to ensure proposals are viable and aligned with the company's delivery capabilities.
Work closely with sales, technical, delivery, and partnerships teams to consolidate information required for the proposal.
Perform cost, margin, fees, and tax analyses using spreadsheets and financial models to validate the technical, commercial, and operational sustainability of opportunities, ensuring project financial profitability.
Interact with vendors, distributors, and partners for solution composition, quotations, BOMs, and technical validation.
Identify risks, inconsistencies, scope gaps, and points of attention in client proposals and documents.
Support the handover of approved opportunities to implementation, operations, or service delivery teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Cybersecurity solution architecture, technical pre-sales, and analysis of RFPs/public notices/terms of reference.
Preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
Defining scope, schedule, assumptions, risks, BOM, effort estimation, pricing, business case and profitability for SOC, MDR, GRC, Pentest, SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, PAM, cloud security and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, MITRE ATT&CK and LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law).
Intermediate English.
Stay up to date on SOC, MDR, GRC, Pentest, cloud security, IAM, PAM, SIEM, EDR/XDR, vendors and cybersecurity trends.
