Software Engineer II

Implementation Specialist

• Lead technical onboarding and integration for customers in partnership with a Forward Deployed SRE — design, provision, and validate production deployments.
• Support technically complex use cases by developing scripts, automation, and custom integrations; triage and resolve operational issues in customer environments.
• Own accounts and customer success from conversion to renewal, and partner with go-to-market to identify expansion and upsell opportunities.
• Diagnose, triage, and implement fixes for customer-specific bugs; author reproducible fixes, tests, and PRs or produce clear remediation documentation when immediate code changes aren’t appropriate.
• Conduct architecture reviews, technical deep dives, enablement sessions, and solution reviews for a range of personas — from individual contributors to senior security and engineering leadership.
• Help drive the product roadmap by bringing the voice of the customer into planning meetings, prioritizing issues, and championing high-value feature requests to the Product team.
• Produce clear technical documentation, runbooks, and handoffs for customers and internal teams.

Customer Engineer

Machine Learning Engineer

• Build, maintain, and scale production ML pipelines for entity extraction and data element classification across diverse data types.
• Partner with both analytics and ML-focused data scientists to translate experiments into deployed systems and unblock technical bottlenecks.
• Implement evaluation, monitoring, and regression testing frameworks in collaboration with QC.
• Improve data ingestion workflows and preprocessing for structured and unstructured sources.
• Drive incremental improvements to classification models and pipelines with a focus on measurable impact.
• Advocate for and implement best practices around model deployment, versioning, and operational monitoring.

Engineering Manager

• Own engineering strategy, execution, and delivery across the Teleskope platform.
• Build, scale, and lead the engineering team, including hiring and development.
• Set technical direction and architectural standards for scalable, reliable systems, while staying close to the work through engagement in the codebase and guidance on execution.
• Partner with CEO and product leadership to execute the roadmap with speed and quality.
• Establish strong engineering processes without sacrificing velocity.
• Guide the productionization of ML-powered and agentic systems.

VP of Engineering

• Design, build, and own production ML systems that surface data risk and power automated remediation across the Teleskope platform.
• Develop agentic ML pipelines that combine detection, classification, and decision-making with automated, policy-driven remediation actions.
• Build and deploy NLP and GenAI models for:
• - Named Entity Recognition (NER) and sensitive data detection
• - Text, document, and table classification
• - Clustering, summarization, and risk prioritization
• - LLM-driven reasoning and remediation proposal workflows
• Define and implement quality, evaluation, and monitoring frameworks to ensure model correctness, stability, and safety in production.
• Collaborate with product and platform engineering to integrate ML systems into customer-facing features and workflows.
• Contribute to the architecture and evolution of Teleskope’s ML infrastructure, balancing velocity, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
• Serve as a senior technical contributor, influencing best practices and raising the bar for ML engineering across the team.
