Customer Success Manager

• Guide merchant base throughout their customer journey – from onboarding through to repeat orders
• Serve as the primary point of contact and develop a trusted advisor relationship with merchants to ensure service usage achieves full business value
• Monitor delivery shipments from start to finish to ensure successful delivery
• Take ownership of escalated delivery issues and follow problems through to resolution
• Use customer data and analytics to uncover opportunities for new feature adoption and up-selling
• Identify churn risks and collaborate with the relevant internal teams to remediate and ensure a successful renewal
• Educate customers on the most recent updates and enhancements to our products/services
• Act as the merchant advocate, providing constant feedback with internal teams to improve the customer experience and product offerings
• Monitor performance and end-to-end movement of deliveries be it across external or internal parties

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Verify billing data (contracts, purchase orders, pricing) to ensure correct invoicing.
• Handle invoice adjustments, credit notes, and debit notes as needed.
• Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer payments via calls, emails, and statements.
• Maintain an organized collection tracker and escalate overdue accounts when necessary.
• Post customer payments (cheques, bank transfers, online payments) accurately in the system.
• Reconcile receipts against invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure proper revenue recognition in compliance with accounting standards (MFRS/IFRS 15).
• Prepare and post month-end revenue accrual and deferral journals.
• Reconcile AR sub-ledger to the general ledger and resolve variances.
• Assist in preparing AR-related financial reports and aging analysis.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account statements.
• Liaise with sales, customer service, and other departments to resolve billing disputes.
• Support internal and external audits by providing AR documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance AR efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date AR records for audit readiness.

• The Cargo Sales Executive plays a key role in supporting Turkish Cargo’s daily sales activities, rate management, and booking operations. The role ensures timely and accurate handling of customer enquiries, reservations, and partner airline coordination to deliver efficient cargo movement and maintain service quality.
• Monitor shipment records and ensure alignment between rate quotations, bookings, and system data.
• Handle daily booking requests, ad-hoc rates, and follow up on booking status.
• Respond to cargo enquiries, provide quotations, and follow up on pending or unresolved cargo issues.
• Track shipments and manage delays or rebooking with space controllers; communicate updates to agents with proper documentation.
• Process and monitor interline and local allotments, ensuring maximum utilization and adjusting bookings as needed.
• Support urgent and premium space requests by coordinating with head office or partner airlines.
• Conduct sales visits/calls to gather market information, strengthen relationships with agents, and develop new opportunities; submit visit reports.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to deliver consistent customer support and service recovery.
