About the role
- Processing of telephone and written customer inquiries
- Comprehensive clarification and troubleshooting of customer queries
- Maintenance of customer and transaction data
Requirements
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Russian, at a minimum level of C1
- A minimum proficiency of B2-level in English
- High customer and service orientation
- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with different customer types
- Good PC skills - Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with iOS and MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to receive constructive feedback from your supervisor accordingly
- Readiness to work in shifts, on weekends and public holidays
- Previous experience in the similar position is a plus
- Ability to work from office is obligatory.
