About the role

  • Provide problem resolution for Audi connect vehicle concerns
  • Utilize internal Salesforce CRM and manage a customer case and related level 2 escalated case
  • Handhold and work with all levels of end users including high-level users, difficult users, non-technical users, and demanding users
  • Responsible for troubleshooting customer, dealer, and vehicle issues
  • Maintain customer privacy and report chronic operational and vehicle issues

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Must be a team player with strong communication & customer service skills
  • Ability to stay on task when working independently
  • Must be able to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer savvy – skilled in the use of software
