About the role
- Find innovative ways to complete sales while responding to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
- Handle and carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries
- Complete sales with customers while generating quotes, costs and overall coverage
- Provide excellent customer service through all interactions while active listening
- Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
- Appropriately communicate with customers, exercising retention efforts if needed
Requirements
- Resident Property & Casualty Producer license required
- License must be active and within good standings
- Any non-resident lines currently or previously obtained must also be within good and active standings
- Sales experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems.
- College degree preferred but not required.
