About the role
- Responsible for promotional activity on the territory.
- Manage the full sales process and local marketing activities.
- Engage with theatre-based staff including surgeons and nursing staff.
- Advise on product use during surgical procedures and collect product feedback.
- Manage contracts and negotiate with procurement.
- Attend marketing and training events both in the UK and abroad.
Requirements
- Strong academic undertaking.
- Capability to learn high level scientific and clinical content.
- Autonomy and aptitude for technical & clinically challenging products.
- Self-starting attitude.
- Strong team player.
- Good level of IT literacy.
- Confidence working with clinicians to position products.
- Previous experience in a multilevel setting is desirable.
- Surgical sales experience preferred, but transferrable skills are considered.
- Must be based on territory.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
