About the role

  • Responsible for promotional activity on the territory.
  • Manage the full sales process and local marketing activities.
  • Engage with theatre-based staff including surgeons and nursing staff.
  • Advise on product use during surgical procedures and collect product feedback.
  • Manage contracts and negotiate with procurement.
  • Attend marketing and training events both in the UK and abroad.

Requirements

  • Strong academic undertaking.
  • Capability to learn high level scientific and clinical content.
  • Autonomy and aptitude for technical & clinically challenging products.
  • Self-starting attitude.
  • Strong team player.
  • Good level of IT literacy.
  • Confidence working with clinicians to position products.
  • Previous experience in a multilevel setting is desirable.
  • Surgical sales experience preferred, but transferrable skills are considered.
  • Must be based on territory.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
