• Support customer managers with operational and organizational tasks in day-to-day business
• Responsible for the internal execution of sales processes (presales, sales and aftersales) in cooperation with customer and product management, order control and Service & Support
• Revenue planning and regular controlling, including identification of revenue risks
• Monitoring sales processes in the context of KPI creation and tracking
• Budgeting and budget monitoring for customer management
• Participation in the preparation of tenders and procurement procedures
• Support maintaining the CRM system
• Independently prepare quotes and follow up on order status

Customer and Sales Management (Internal Sales)

• Persönliche Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden aus dem kommunalen Umfeld – insbesondere in Kfz-Zulassungsstellen und Führerscheinstellen
• Aufbau und Pflege enger Kundenbeziehungen, um individuelle Anforderungen und Herausforderungen im Alltag der Straßenverkehrsämter besser zu verstehen
• Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen zur Effizienzsteigerung und Prozessverbesserung bei unseren Kunden vor Ort
• Durchführung von Produktpräsentationen und Software-Demos in enger Abstimmung mit unserem Marketingteam
• Beratung und aktiver Vertrieb von Softwaremodulen, Schnittstellen und begleitenden Dienstleistungen – sowohl bei Bestandskunden als auch bei potenziellen Neukunden
• Weitergabe von fachlichem Input und Kundenfeedback an unsere internen Teams (Kundenservice, Produktmanagement und Entwicklung), um unsere Lösungen gezielt weiterzuentwickeln
• Repräsentation der Telecomputer GmbH bei Kundenveranstaltungen, Messen und digitalen Events

Kunden- und Salesmanagement Außendienst

• Support customer managers with operational and organizational tasks in day-to-day business
• Responsible for the internal coordination of sales processes (presales, sales and aftersales) in cooperation with Customer & Product Management, Order Control and Service & Support
• Sales planning and regular controlling, including identification of revenue risks
• Monitor sales processes in the context of KPI generation and oversight
• Budgeting and budget monitoring for Customer Management
• Contribute to preparing tender responses and public procurement procedures
• Support maintenance of the CRM system
• Independently prepare quotations and follow up on order status

Customer & Sales Management – Inside Sales

• Provide personal support and consultancy to our customers in the municipal sector – primarily at vehicle registration offices (Kfz-Zulassungsstellen) and driver licensing offices
• Build and maintain close customer relationships to better understand the specific needs and daily challenges of road traffic authorities
• Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and process improvements at customers’ sites
• Conduct product presentations and software demos in close coordination with our marketing team
• Advise on and actively sell software modules, interfaces, and related services to both existing and prospective customers
• Relay technical input and customer feedback to our internal teams (Customer Service, Product Management, and Development) to drive targeted product improvements
• Represent Telecomputer GmbH at customer events, trade shows, and digital events

Customer and Sales Management – Field Representative

• Personal support and consulting for our clients in the public sector – in particular at vehicle registration offices and driver licensing offices
• Build and maintain close customer relationships to better understand the specific needs and daily challenges of road traffic authorities
• Identify optimization opportunities to increase efficiency and improve processes at our customers’ sites
• Conduct product presentations and software demos in close coordination with our marketing team
• Advise on and actively sell software modules, interfaces and accompanying services – to both existing customers and potential new clients
• Provide technical input and customer feedback to our internal teams (Customer Service, Product Management and Development) to drive targeted product improvements
• Represent Telecomputer GmbH at customer events, trade fairs and digital events

Field Sales & Customer Management

• Personal support and consulting for our customers from the municipal sector – especially at vehicle registration offices and driver’s license offices
• Building and maintaining close customer relationships to better understand individual requirements and day-to-day challenges of traffic authorities
• Identifying optimization opportunities to increase efficiency and improve processes for our on-site customers
• Delivering product presentations and software demos in close coordination with our marketing team
• Advising on and actively selling software modules, interfaces and associated services – both to existing customers and potential new clients
• Providing technical input and customer feedback to our internal teams (customer service, product management and development) to help refine our solutions
• Representing Telecomputer GmbH at customer events, trade shows and digital events

Customer and Sales Management Field Service

• Provide personal support and advice to our customers in the public sector — especially at vehicle registration offices (Kfz-Zulassungsstellen) and driver licensing offices (Führerscheinstellen)
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to better understand the specific needs and daily challenges of traffic authority operations
• Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and process improvements at customer sites
