Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the organization’s enterprise ERP transformation.
Lead the ERP Transformation Office responsible for coordinating and driving successful execution of the ERP implementation across the enterprise.
Partner closely with executive sponsors, initiative leadership, and implementation vendors to ensure the initiative is delivered on time and within budget.
Establish and manage initiative governance, oversee the initiative Transformation Office (TO), and ensure alignment across workstreams to drive successful implementation and organizational adoption.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and Ten (10) years of progressive experience in program management, transformation leadership, or enterprise initiatives.
Direct experience leading or managing ERP implementations (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
Experience managing complex cross-functional enterprise initiatives with multiple workstreams.
Demonstrated experience leading or operating within a Program Management Office (PMO) or Transformation Management Office.
Experience partnering with external implementation vendors and consulting firms.
