About the role
- The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, optimization, and ongoing support of the organization’s Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) platform.
- This role partners closely with HR functional teams, IT, and external vendors to ensure Workday is configured and utilized effectively to support business processes, data integrity, compliance, and a positive end-user experience.
- The Analyst analyzes system needs, implements enhancements, supports Workday-related projects and integrations, develops documentation, and delivers training to end users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with HR systems and applications, including hands-on experience with Workday.
- Experience with HCM functionality, configuration, workflows, and role-based security.
- Working knowledge of HR practices, processes, and data privacy requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
