Support hiring efforts by sourcing top talent, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
Review high-volume candidate resumes and identify qualified talent for open roles.
Assist recruiters with proactive sourcing for selected positions using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
Maintain accurate records of pipelines, outreach, and sourcing activities.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, including complex panel schedules.
Manage job requisitions in Greenhouse and post job opportunities on internal and external platforms.
Assist with building interview stages and scorecards for each role.
Send, track, and collect new hire and candidate feedback surveys and coordinate new hire swag and welcome kits.
Order business cards and manage other new hire essentials, onboarding records, and travel logistics for new hires attending training at corporate office.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or HR coordination.
SaaS experience is required.
Strong experience in resume review, candidate sourcing, and screening.
Previous experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter required
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage high-volume tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strongly prefer candidates in the central or eastern time zone.
