About the role
- Build meaningful, trusted relationships with dealer principals, department heads, and management
- Identify and qualify prospective dealer partners
- Utilize your technology and industry expertise to understand unique dealer needs and identify ways that Tekion can enhance their business performance
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to sell Tekion’s suite of products and ensure customer adoption, success and rapid value achievement
- Meet and exceed sales goals
Requirements
- 5+ years of SaaS, or automotive software sales experience, ideally DMS (Dealer Management System) with experience managing complex sales cycles and multi-million-dollar contracts
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong business acumen and ability to be a brand ambassador for Tekion
- 50 Minimum in-person cold calls per month with preplanned itinerary
- Strong dealer-reference base
- Team player who collaborates with internal stakeholders to maximize opportunities
- Ability to travel 50-75%
