• Lead interactive client workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to uncover business challenges, goals, and process inefficiencies
• Use structured elicitation techniques (brainstorming, journey mapping, prioritisation exercises) to drive clarity and consensus
• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for PowerApps solutions
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support deployment activities
• Provide training and documentation for end-users
• Identify opportunities for process improvement using Power Platform tools
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to solution architecture and professional development initiatives
