About the role

  • Participate in the implementation and maintenance of BIM processes;
  • Coordinate 3D models;
  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP);
  • Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE);
  • Participate in interdisciplinary coordination meetings;
  • Track and manage digital deliverables;
  • Verify that models comply with BIM standards;
  • Collaborate with engineering and construction teams.

Requirements

  • University degree or recognized equivalent in architecture, engineering, construction, or a relevant field
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in BIM management or coordination
  • Experience on construction projects
  • Experience in an architecture firm, engineering consultancy, or as a contractor
  • Strong proficiency with Common Data Environments (CDEs)
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling software
  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
