About the role

  • Supervise and coordinate the digital information management of projects
  • Ensure the implementation, deployment and compliance of BIM processes
  • Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
  • Lead design and 3D modeling teams
  • Ensure deliverables comply with contractual requirements and BIM standards
  • Oversee the Common Data Environment (CDE)
  • Ensure interdisciplinary coordination of models
  • Act as a technical reference for teams and partners
  • Participate in coordination meetings with the client
  • Produce monitoring reports and ensure quality control of digital deliverables

Requirements

  • University degree or recognized equivalent in architecture, engineering, construction, building science or a related field
  • 11 to 15 years of relevant experience in BIM management or coordination
  • Proven experience on large-scale construction projects
  • Experience in architecture firms, engineering consulting firms or general contracting environments
  • Experience providing advisory support and guiding teams
  • Proficiency with Common Data Environments (CDE)
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software and collaborative BIM platforms
  • Knowledge and attributes:
