• Strong execution of eDM creation, delivery, and metrics tracking
• Strong execution of social content creation, delivery and metric tracking
• Manage delivery of materials to meet timelines
• Brief media bookings and manage delivery of materials as required
• Be the key point of contact for external clients, seeking direction, assets and approvals as required
• Analysing sales and customer trends and applying insights to ensure marketing plans continue to maximise sales
• Optimise digital campaigns and ensure content is maximised across owned channels
