About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with clients to define event ticketing build requirements and timeframes
  • Deliver accurate ticketing builds and provide timely insights
  • Build and maintain events in the ticketing system
  • Manage end-to-end ticketing operations on event days
  • Provide on-site testing and engagement throughout events
  • Manage Box Office staff
  • Complete post-event reporting, operational feedback, and settlements
  • Partner with internal and external leads to implement and fulfil promotional strategies
  • Work with the State Manager to innovate and provide value-added solutions that increase ticket sales and build brand profile
  • Liaise directly with clients and internal marketing, web, technology, and finance departments
  • Ensure high standards of service delivery and continuity across client accounts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Passion for live events and understanding of the 'Fan as our Star' philosophy
  • Client-focused attitude and professional communication across all levels
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to develop new and existing relationships
  • Ability to resolve client problems helpfully and efficiently
  • Understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, complex ticketing systems and digital processes
  • Experience working in events or ticketing systems is desirable
  • Willingness and ability to work outside business hours and on weekends
  • Mandatory attendance at events
