Marketing

• Close coordination and collaboration with the central marketing team in the Czech Republic as the primary interface for the German organization.
• Planning, designing and implementing marketing and communication materials—both print (e.g., brochures, flyers, trade show banners) and digital channels such as social media, websites, career pages and newsletters.
• Supporting specialist departments in maintaining our corporate identity and developing and maintaining templates for presentations, email signatures and business stationery.
• Creating interactive forms, managing the email signature system and developing automated solutions for business cards with QR codes.
• Participating in the conception and implementation of marketing and recruitment campaigns, and coordinating external service providers and agencies.
• Producing and editing photos for internal and external use, including maintaining a structured image archive.
• Responsible for trade fair planning and execution: organizing and coordinating German trade show activities in close cooperation with the corporate group.
