About the role
- Maintain existing and develop new long-term customer relationships
- Conduct regular customer visits to identify needs and optimization opportunities
- Advise on service contracts, maintenance agreements, repairs and new installations
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Prepare customer-specific quotations
- Follow up on outstanding inquiries and monitor appointments and deadlines
- Identify market trends and competitor activities
- Collect customer feedback to improve products and services
- Maintain customer and visit records in the CRM system
- Prepare reports on sales activities, customer needs and feedback
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a technical or skilled-trades occupation
- Product/service experience on CHP engines (BHKW), preferably Scania engines
- Sales experience desirable
- CRM knowledge; MS Office proficiency
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication
- Willingness to travel frequently and efficient time-management
- Empathy and customer orientation
- Reliability, flexibility and ability to work independently
