About the role

  • Maintain existing and develop new long-term customer relationships
  • Conduct regular customer visits to identify needs and optimization opportunities
  • Advise on service contracts, maintenance agreements, repairs and new installations
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
  • Prepare customer-specific quotations
  • Follow up on outstanding inquiries and monitor appointments and deadlines
  • Identify market trends and competitor activities
  • Collect customer feedback to improve products and services
  • Maintain customer and visit records in the CRM system
  • Prepare reports on sales activities, customer needs and feedback

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a technical or skilled-trades occupation
  • Product/service experience on CHP engines (BHKW), preferably Scania engines
  • Sales experience desirable
  • CRM knowledge; MS Office proficiency
  • Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication
  • Willingness to travel frequently and efficient time-management
  • Empathy and customer orientation
  • Reliability, flexibility and ability to work independently
