• Design and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests, and publish key metrics

• Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, development teams, and customers, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Own and continuously refine the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with product strategy.
• Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to keep teams focused, aligned, and delivering value.
• Partner closely with engineering to drive the successful delivery of features, enhancements, and integrations.
• Leverage market research and competitive insights to inform product decisions and roadmap priorities.
• Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, uncover gaps, and shape meaningful product improvements.
• Oversee the rollout of new integrations, providing hands-on support to customers during the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase.

• Support and lead the development of competency-based training for Tecsys managers and employees.
• Co-design an organizational competency framework that supports upskilling, competency-based learning, and career development.
• Conduct data-driven needs analyses to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
• Apply instructional design best practices to create engaging, learner-centered content (e-learning, workshops, simulations, on-the-job learning) and scalable learning pathways.
• Design targeted skills development programs across functions as needed (product, engineering, customer success, sales, etc.).
• Continuously evaluate and improve programs based on learner feedback, adoption data, and impact on business outcomes.
• Benchmark against industry instructional design best practices to ensure the company’s learning solutions remain modern and competitive.

Senior Learning Designer

• Introduce innovative and digital-first /AI approaches (microlearning, social learning, AI-enabled tools, blended programs) to enhance employee learning experience.
• Translate organizational priorities into learning strategies that strengthen technical & product knowledge, professional, and leadership capabilities.
• Support and lead the development of competency-based training at Tecsys for managers and employees.
• Co-design an organizational skills framework to support organizational upskilling, skills-based learning and career development
• Conduct needs assessments (data-driven) to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
• Apply instructional design best practices to create engaging, learner-centered content (e-learning, workshops, simulations, on-the-job learning) and curriculums-at-scale.
• Design targeted competency development programs across functions when required (product, engineering, customer success, sales, etc.)
