About the role
- Implement, configure, and maintain the SevOne network performance monitoring solution to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Collaborate with IT teams to gather requirements and customize SevOne dashboards and reports to meet business needs
- Monitor network performance metrics and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and performance of IT infrastructure
- Develop and maintain documentation for SevOne configurations, processes, and best practices
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SevOne-related issues
- Conduct regular assessments of network performance and recommend improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience with SevOne or similar network performance monitoring tools
- Strong understanding of network protocols, performance metrics, and IT infrastructure
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Experience with network management and monitoring best practices (preferred)
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks (preferred)
- Relevant certifications in network management or performance monitoring are a plus (preferred)
