About the role
- Design, implement, and maintain endpoint management solutions to ensure the security, performance, and reliability of endpoint devices across the organization.
- Collaborate with IT teams to define and enforce endpoint management policies and procedures.
- Monitor and troubleshoot endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, to resolve issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and deploy software packages, updates, and patches to endpoint devices using management tools.
- Conduct regular assessments of endpoint security and compliance, implementing necessary measures to mitigate risks.
- Provide technical support and training to end users on endpoint management tools and best practices.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in endpoint management and security.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Endpoint Management Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, Jamf).
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and mobile device management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation (preferred).
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in endpoint management or cybersecurity are a plus (preferred).
