About the role
- Own SEO strategy and execution across the portfolio, driving growth in organic, AIO, and LLM search visibility.
- Lead keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization to identify opportunities for growth.
- Conduct technical audits to address crawlability, indexation, site architecture, and performance issues.
- Partner with developers to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented.
- Guide editorial teams in creating SEO-aligned content and topic clusters to build topical authority.
- Test and experiment with AIO/LLM optimization approaches to stay ahead of evolving search patterns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, SE Ranking, Screaming Frog, and Sitebulb.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including editorial and sales teams.
- Equip sales with relevant SEO data and insights that support client conversations.
- Provide UX and content recommendations to improve the reader journey.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline SEO processes, reporting, and experimentation.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in SEO, with a proven record of driving measurable organic growth.
- Deep expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Proficient with key SEO platforms (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, SE Ranking, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb).
- Skilled at conducting technical site audits and optimizing site architecture.
- Able to manage and influence editorial calendars with a strong SEO perspective.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
- Effective collaborator across teams, including editorial, sales, product, and web development.
- Confident in providing direction and constructive feedback to peers and partners.
- Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies.
- Curious and adaptable, staying on top of SEO trends, algorithm updates, and the evolving role of AI in search.
