  • Leading client workshops to demonstrate iProperty Cloud
  • Identifying gaps between product capabilities and client needs
  • Eliciting and capturing client requirements
  • Collaborating with technical team for changes and configurations
  • Configuring Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions
  • Supporting clients through onboarding and training
  • Managing your own time and priorities on projects
  • Keeping up to date with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM features

Requirements

  • Strong, proven knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
  • Excellent consultancy and communication skills
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Proactive and autonomous
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Clear written communication
  • Experience in the UK housing sector (highly desirable)
  • Familiarity with Power Platform tools
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum environments
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. MB-210 or equivalent)
