Pre-sales Engineer

• Manage property managers across Germany with a focus on homeowners' associations (WEG) and acquire new customers by phone
• Work closely on the implementation of the sales strategy
• Understand customers' pain points and maintain an awareness of the residential property sector
• Develop concepts for phone-based customer outreach
• Use the Techem story to convince your customers
• Present customer-specific offers
• Close contracts and ensure continuous customer penetration (B2B)
• Prepare all collected data and information in the CRM system
• Think in terms of holistic solutions and consider consultative advising as an integral part of your sales work for cross- and upselling
• Continuously acquire new knowledge about property managers and Techem's services and solutions for your customers
