About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain relationships with existing clients and acquire new customers in the region
- Build networks and advance partnerships
- Implement the sales strategy and maintain market awareness
- Identify and develop potential opportunities and actively advance the sales area
- Provide professional advisory services as part of sales activities

Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of professional experience and demonstrable success in sales
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Good CRM skills; experience in the housing/property management sector is an advantage
- Self-organization is a key part of your daily approach
- Willingness to travel within your region — a company car is provided, including private use
- You engage on an equal footing with decision-makers and associations in the housing and energy sectors
