About the role

  • Partner Operations & Internal Coordination
  • Prospect and engage new technology and carrier partners on behalf of the VP, identifying opportunities, initiating introductions, and preparing materials to support deal discussions and accelerate the closing process.
  • Manage day-to-day partner workflows across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Support
  • Maintain partner data, deal tracking, and reporting in CRM
  • Support partner deal flow from introduction through close
  • Ensure partner expectations are set correctly early in the sales cycle
  • Partner Enablement & Partner-Facing Sales Support
  • Create and maintain partner enablement materials: Solution briefs, Sales decks, Case studies
  • Help partners understand: When to bring us into deals, How to position joint solutions, How to identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Support partner-driven upsell and cross-sell motions alongside sales
  • Partner Onboarding & Relationship Management
  • Support onboarding of new carrier and technology partners
  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for select partners
  • Coordinate introductions between partners and internal teams
  • Help manage ongoing partner relationships and expectations
  • Events & Travel
  • Coordinate and attend partner meetings, events, and conferences
  • Support on-site partner visits and follow-up execution
  • Ensure action items from partner meetings are captured and closed

Requirements

  • 2–7 years’ experience in one or more of the following: Sales or inside sales
  • Account management or customer success
  • Partnerships or channel operations
  • Revenue or marketing operations
  • Demonstrated experience: Managing customer or partner relationships
  • Supporting upsell, expansion, or renewal motions
  • Working cross-functionally with sales and operations teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and pipeline data
  • Willingness to travel and engage directly with partners and customers
  • Experience in SaaS, logistics, or supply chain technology is a plus
