Build and maintain fully automated prospecting pipelines using tools like Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Navigator, Instantly, Smartlead.ai, Trigify, Expandi, and others
Research and enrich ICP & persona data across our TAM with LLMs and AI agents
Set up personalized, trigger-based evergreen campaigns (e.g., role changes, funding events)
Implement and refine lead scoring models to prioritize high-value prospects
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to align outreach strategies with GTM objectives
Continuously experiment with new GTM tools, AI agents, and automation frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
Hands-on experience with B2B SaaS outbound prospecting and GTM automation tools (Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, etc.)
Strong understanding of sales funnels, ICP definition, TAM mapping, and outbound best practices
Strong technical knowledge in marketing automation, AI-driven prospecting, and CRM workflows (Hubspot preferred)
Deep understanding of automated lead scoring and qualification—you can evaluate leads programmatically, not just manually
Ability to work independently and own the automation function, bringing new ideas and solutions
Nice-to-have: Experience with SQL or Redshift for data analytics
