Security Engineer

• You design and implement IT security strategies to ensure sustainable information security across the company
• You analyze and assess security vulnerabilities in systems and applications, derive appropriate measures, and oversee their implementation
• You further develop our security standards within the scope of the existing ISO 27001 certification and ensure their compliance in day-to-day operations
• You monitor networks and systems, detect potential attacks early, and initiate appropriate countermeasures
• You plan and conduct security audits and penetration tests, and derive concrete improvements
• You create incident response and disaster recovery plans, organize security drills, and thereby strengthen our resilience to IT incidents
• You train and raise awareness among employees on IT security topics and promote a lasting security mindset
• You support data protection matters and, ideally, may take on the role of Data Protection Officer in the future

Business Analyst

• Model insurance products and design business processes in BPMN 2.0
• Create requirements and gap analyses, including alignment with development teams
• Develop, discuss, and take ownership of solution designs, including customer-specific implementations
• Implement process-related software adjustments in Java/Camunda BPM
• Requirements engineering
• Plan and execute functional/business tests
• Project work: IT consulting & system integration (including on-site at customer premises)

IT Business Analyst, Insurance

• Versicherungsprodukte modellieren und Geschäftsprozesse in BPMN 2.0 designen
• Anforderungs- & GAP-Analysen erstellen inkl. Abstimmung mit den Entwicklungsteams
• Lösungsdesigns erarbeiten, diskutieren und verantworten mit entsprechenden kundenspezifischen Implementierungen
