About the role

  • Model insurance products and design business processes in BPMN 2.0
  • Create requirements and gap analyses, including alignment with development teams
  • Develop, discuss, and take ownership of solution designs, including customer-specific implementations
  • Implement process-related software adjustments in Java/Camunda BPM
  • Requirements engineering
  • Plan and execute functional/business tests
  • Project work: IT consulting & system integration (including on-site at customer premises)

Requirements

  • You have a degree in Business Informatics or a comparable field — or equivalent professional experience
  • You have initial experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer, ideally in core insurance systems
  • Preferably, you have knowledge of process modeling (e.g., BPMN 2.0) and process automation (e.g., Camunda BPM)
  • You take responsibility at the interface between business and IT
  • You have basic knowledge of JavaScript and SQL
  • You are proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • You are able to explain technical matters clearly and precisely in German and English.
