About the role
- Serve as a subject matter expert on our software solutions
- Lead technical discovery and design workshops with enterprise customers
- Architect and document custom solutions and integrations
- Act as a key technical advisor to both customers and internal teams
- Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Proven track record (3+ years) in a customer-facing technical role
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing complex enterprise software solutions
- In-depth understanding of enterprise IT and OT architectures
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with technologies and tools such as RESTful APIs, SQL, and scripting languages
- Experience configuring ServiceNow features and functionality
- Fluency in English and French is required
