• Assist in developing shift plans, work packages, and operational sequencing for mine-site activities
• Support surveying and layout tasks, including verification checks, control point management, and as-built data collection
• Compile and verify daily labor timesheets, production logs, and operational reports

• Coordinate and schedule materials, consumables, and equipment to meet operational timelines

• Oversee project execution across all phases—including planning, mobilization, operations support, and project close-out
• Coordinate closely with client operations, engineering, and maintenance groups
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
• Monitor budgets, forecasting, billing, and reporting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, consultants, and site stakeholders

Project Manager – Mining

• Manage subcontractors, support meetings, agreements, and project oversight
• Execute project controls: scheduling (P6), progress tracking, quantities, productivity, and reporting
• Support contract management including RFIs, change tracking, documentation, and identifying risks/opportunities
• Coordinate surveying activities and assist with cost coding, invoicing, accruals, and forecasting
• Collaborate daily with safety, consultants, subcontractors, and the project team

Project Coordinator – Road Building

• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale telecommunications projects, including fiber deployments, small cell installations, and wireless tower builds
• Manage risk management, permitting, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure compliance with telecom construction standards and specifications
• Negotiate contract execution and change order management
• Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using industry-standard tools and methodologies
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Help establish and manage project systems, including cost tracking, reporting, and documentation

• Overseeing the day-to-day field operations for large-scale long-haul fiber installation projects
