About the role
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned creators and studios
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including metadata organization
- Develop and implement content strategies to optimize visibility
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and insights
- Ensure all client content adheres to platform guidelines
- Work closely with the Concierge Manager and internal departments
Requirements
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in account management, client support, content operations, or a related role is a plus
