About the role
- Execute on customers' initial configuration of their Tealium products
- Empower customers to utilize and realize value from our products
- Support sales team by validating scopes of work for feasibility
- Communicate professionally via project management system and remote meetings
- Troubleshoot and analyze complex issues related to JavaScript Tags, APIs, and front-end code languages
- Become an expert in the suite of Tealium products
- Contribute to knowledge base to support both internal and external content
- Manage and prioritize workload daily
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing and technically hands-on roles
- High proficiency in reading, writing, and debugging JavaScript and similar programming languages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in web technologies
- Ability to quickly and efficiently search, understand, and apply technical documentation
- Passionate about resolving issues with great attention to detail
