• Provide ongoing support and supervision to CLASS Specialists
• Observe and evaluate CLASS Specialists to ensure high-quality delivery of Teachstone services

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities

• Audience & Market Intelligence: Leverage comprehensive customer research, competitive analysis, and voice-of-the-customer loops to identify new market opportunities and adjust positioning.
• Brand Measurement Frameworks: Define and track metrics to prove brand equity impact, tracking lagging indicators like brand lift, share of voice (SOV), and brand influence on pipeline/revenue.
• Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team across brand strategy, creative, and content, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.

• Own the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for at least five strategic partnerships (state agencies, large districts, federal partners, private child care providers).
• Establish and expand upon Teachstone’s relationship as a trusted partner with a wide range of individuals within client’s organization
• Leverage renewals as an opportunity to create agreements that position Teachstone to have a demonstrable positive impact on partner organizations.
• Prepare and lead executive briefings, strategic business reviews, and impact storytelling that fuels expansion.
• Lead internal partnership planning processes that align all departments around shared goals for each strategic partner.
• Serve as the single point of strategic accountability across internal teams for assigned accounts.
• Facilitate continuous improvement cycles for each project team anchored in data on the team’s progress toward demonstrable outcomes.
• Drive resolution of escalated issues with a focus on long-term relationship impact.
• Capture and synthesize client feedback, CLASS data, and implementation learnings to generate actionable insights that other functional and project teams can make use of.
• Advocate internally for client needs, elevating system-level risks or opportunities to leadership.
• Support product and service refinement by channeling voice-of-customer insights back into Teachstone’s roadmap.
• Contribute to the development of key account playbooks, renewal strategies, and insight-sharing templates.

People Operations

• The Chief People Officer leads Teachstone’s people strategy, organizational design, and leadership systems to enable execution of the company’s strategic priorities.
• Working closely with the CEO and executive leadership team, the CPO serves as a strategic advisor on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and talent strategy.
• The CPO partners closely with the CEO on leadership and talent strategy and with the COO on translating strategy into scalable operating systems.
• This leader will help the organization operate with greater clarity, accountability, and consistency, enabling leaders to build strong teams and deliver meaningful results.
• The CPO oversees the People Strategy Team, ensuring practices support a fair, transparent, and high performing workplace.
