People Operations

• The Chief People Officer leads Teachstone’s people strategy, organizational design, and leadership systems to enable execution of the company’s strategic priorities.
• Working closely with the CEO and executive leadership team, the CPO serves as a strategic advisor on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and talent strategy.
• The CPO partners closely with the CEO on leadership and talent strategy and with the COO on translating strategy into scalable operating systems.
• This leader will help the organization operate with greater clarity, accountability, and consistency, enabling leaders to build strong teams and deliver meaningful results.
• The CPO oversees the People Strategy Team, ensuring practices support a fair, transparent, and high performing workplace.

Chief People Officer

Project Manager

• Observer support and communication
• Develop protocols for observers
• Work closely with subcontracted CLASS observers assigned to specific observation projects
• Onboard subcontracted CLASS observers to specific projects
• Provide CLASS reliability and calibration support to project specific CLASS observers
• Understand and enforce project protocols to ensure the observers are meeting client expectations
• Facilitate weekly observer meetings
• Review and audit of observations submitted into the data system by observers to ensure scoresheets are complete with evidence and according to protocol
• Review and approve observer invoices
• Identify recruitment needs and work closely with Observation Services Manager to ensure internal and external selection of qualified candidates and training
• Provide scheduling support as necessary for assigned enterprise, video, or other live observation projects
• Coordinate the scheduling and rescheduling of classroom observations by remote field staff through the use of email communication tools, survey software and Google office software, as needed to support logistics and staffing
• Assist Project Teams with day-of site communications
• Communicate directly with clients and school staff when scheduling changes occur, as needed by project
• Manage multiple Salesforce case queues and related communications, email queues, phone calls, and morning support
• Work closely with project team and client sites to ensure scheduling communication is accurate
• Maintain clear records of all scheduling changes
• Develop and support strong working relationships with remote field staff and clients
• Review and analyze observation, observer, and client feedback data as needed to drive continuous improvement of observations and services
• Work closely with the other team members to ensure Teachstone internal protocols are being met
• Develop and support strong working relationships with clients and other project managers
• Support the project team in tracking the details of all observations
• Document efficiencies for management of observation services projects

Project Coordinator

Business Operations

• Own day-to-day administration of key business systems, with a strong focus on Airtable
• Build, maintain, and optimize Airtable bases, including:
• Table structures, relationships, and views
• Automations and workflows
• Data validation and field configurations
• Configure and maintain other business systems (e.g., contract management, document management, etc.)
• Manage user access, permissions, and basic system configurations
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve them directly where possible
• Ensure systems are clean, organized, scalable, and well-documented
• Translate business needs into working system configurations and solutions
• Implement workflow improvements directly within systems
• Identify inefficiencies and address them through automation, configuration, or process changes
• Standardize data structures, naming conventions, and input practices across systems
• Support integrations and data flow between systems where needed
• Maintain data quality by enforcing structured inputs and consistent system design
• Serve as a primary point of contact for system-related questions and troubleshooting
• Provide responsive, practical support to users across teams

• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance oversight to Service Delivery Managers, CLASS Specialists, contractors, and the Affiliate training community to ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery.
• Lead the design and continuous improvement of systems, processes, and workflows to support efficient, scalable operations and strong client outcomes.
• Utilize data workflows, training evaluations, and key performance metrics (e.g., utilization, quality, client satisfaction, profitability) to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Operations, and other teams to ensure alignment, effective communication, and successful execution of multi-service client contracts.
