Account Executive

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the planning, development, and execution of key projects and initiatives.

Account Executive – North

Manager

• Responsible for maintenance, innovation, and execution of all Teachstone training events and client-specific event and registration needs
• Oversee registration management services and timely, accurate setup of client-specific registration sites and related logistics
• Serve as event planner and manager for client-facing in-person training summits (~4/year)
• Lead venue sourcing, planning, coordination, and execution of in person and virtual training events
• Manage internal training delivery processes, including marketing coordination, material distribution, and customer communications
• Coordinate logistics for individual participant registration processes, including with or without shipment of materials
• Collaborate with Implementation, Sales, Marketing, Product and other internal teams to clarify registration needs and timelines
• Monitor registration metrics and timelines, proactively resolving issues to meet service expectations
• Define and track KPIs related to revenue, customer satisfaction, and educational impact
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using performance metrics and feedback
• Manage data-driven insights to impact program financial outcomes
• Respond to internal and external requests regarding training logistics, registration, and materials distribution
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure successful training experiences

Registration Manager

Account Manager

• Own the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for at least five strategic partnerships (state agencies, large districts, federal partners, private child care providers).
• Establish and expand upon Teachstone’s relationship as a trusted partner with a wide range of individuals within client’s organization.
• Leverage renewals as an opportunity to create agreements that position Teachstone to have a demonstrable positive impact on partner organizations.
• Prepare and lead executive briefings, strategic business reviews, and impact storytelling that fuels expansion.
• Lead internal partnership planning processes that align all departments around shared goals for each strategic partner.
• Serve as the single point of strategic accountability across internal teams for assigned accounts.
• Facilitate continuous improvement cycles for each project team anchored in data on the team’s progress toward demonstrable outcomes.
• Drive resolution of escalated issues with a focus on long-term relationship impact.
• Capture and synthesize client feedback, CLASS data, and implementation learnings to generate actionable insights that other functional and project teams can make use of.
• Advocate internally for client needs, elevating system-level risks or opportunities to leadership.
• Support product and service refinement by channeling voice-of-customer insights back into Teachstone’s roadmap.
• Contribute to the development of key account playbooks, renewal strategies, and insight-sharing templates.
• Mentor colleagues on best practices in strategic partnership engagement.

Product Manager

• Define and deliver a platform strategy that closes critical capability gaps and unlocks scale for our subscription-based future.
• Prioritize initiatives that balance immediate value for value stream teams with long-term strategic alignment, including investments in AI capabilities where they accelerate outcomes.
• Partner with engineering, design, and architecture to shape reusable, scalable services that incorporate AI where it drives efficiency, personalization, or insight.
• Ensure platform investments are grounded in customer and business needs, not just technical interest.
• Act as a champion for the product operating model principles — outcome-driven planning, empowered teams, and continuous discovery in all platform work.
• Collaborate deeply with value stream teams to understand their needs, remove blockers, and ensure platform services are adopted effectively.
• Influence stakeholders across product, engineering, design, operations, and sales to gain alignment on priorities and timelines.
