About the role
- Develop and drive corporate and IS Segment talent projects in collaboration with BU HR partners aligned to talent strategy to achieve business outcomes.
- Take on comprehensive projects and drive them with a high degree of latitude, ensure proper goalsetting and timelines as well as adequate resources, seek support, and own the end-to-end.
- Manages the interdependencies between projects to leverage synergistic and strategic benefits.
- Drive change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and adoption strategies within operational or manufacturing environments.
- Lead through influence without direct authority, navigating a matrixed organization to align diverse stakeholders toward shared goals.
- Collaborate across the HR, Operations, and GM organizations to effectively execute initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with Steerco and facilitate decision making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; Business / Strategy / HR related major preferred
- 10-15 years of experience
- Previous Experience in Talent Management, Continuous Improvement, Program and Project Management, or similar
- Experience working in global or international organizations
- Adept at collaborating and influencing across various functions, organization levels and geographies
- Experience in manufacturing environments a plus
- Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong strategic orientation paired with a passion for hands-on mentality
- Takes Initiative and persevere
- Ability to travel less than 10%
