Drives consistent execution of behaviors and outcomes in Store Managers to achieve financial performance, customer experience and operational efficiency
Develops and executes market-level strategies to meet sales and revenue targets
Drives the growth of deposits, loans and other retail banking products
Oversees and leads a network of diverse Stores while monitoring and evaluating performance and growing talent
Ensures a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all Stores
Builds strong relationships with local communities to enhance the bank's presence
Requirements
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of relevant work experience in a retail banking, financial institution preferred
5 years of management experience preferably in a retail banking environment with consumer lending experience preferred
Previous sales and business development experience
Strong understanding of store operations, policies and procedures
