About the role
- Manage assigned compliance functions and support development, implementation, and maintenance of a regulatory compliance program
- Interacts with senior management and implements policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Conduct regulatory research and stay current on regulatory changes
- Oversee performance of independent compliance reviews
Requirements
- Good understanding of Compliance processes and regulatory environment
- Experience with coordination of processes involving multiple groups and stakeholders
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards, as it applies to Banking, Securities, Insurance, Prudential, Finance, HR, etc.
- Proven experience analyzing large data sets and leveraging business intelligence tools
- Experience with implementation of process improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work individually and think critically
