About the role
- accountable for day to day management of a team of IT professionals
- supporting assigned business clients / internal partners / stakeholder needs and requirements
- may be involved in negotiating technology costs and scope
- managing multiple teams and/or projects with increasing complexity and broad scope
- orchestrates the development of resolutions, plans and strategies for operational advancement
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
- Graduate degree preferred
- 7 - 10 years related experience
- 5+ years of experience with project delivery, preferably within technology within a financial institution
- 5+ years of experience serving as subject matter expert (SME) with specialized knowledge in coordinating, leading and coaching multiple Agile teams
- Certified SAFE Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Scaled Agility Framework SAFe Agilist (SAFe), or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is highly desired
- 5+ years of coordinating the ceremonies, backlogs releases of various agile team of teams (e.g., Product Groups, Product Families)
