About the role
- Act as a trusted advisor to IQVIA’s Emerging Biopharma (EBP) clients and deliver commercialization expertise
- Develop and deliver insightful, value-added commercialization strategies and integrated commercial launch plans
- Build trusted partner status, act as a thought leader for clients and delivery teams
- Conduct strategy sessions with clients and provide regular check-ins to assess progress
- Leverage prioritization frameworks to focus pre-commercial team effort
- Prepare analytical proof points and recommendations for launch critical success factors
- Lead senior/executive level meetings with clients to support launch planning, market, and therapy area insights
- Serve as principal owner of client engagements and ensure client satisfaction and quality delivery
- Create and elevate new business opportunities and identify new revenue with existing and new clients
- Mentor, coach, and share subject matter expertise with others
- Partner with Account Executives and collaborate with internal stakeholders for timely delivery of solutions
- Foster business development opportunities by assessing the emerging biopharma market and presenting to IQVIA leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years’ experience in life science or consulting industry required
- Experience in strategy, product development, analytics, and commercialization/launch in an emerging environment highly preferred
- Demonstrated biopharmaceutical deep knowledge of the steps and processes required to successfully launch and commercialize an EBP products from late clinical development to life-cycle management
- Multiple therapeutic expertise required
- Ability to speak in detail with EBP client C-suite leaders about brand, launch and commercial strategy services/solutions
- Proven ability to build relationships, identify client pain points, and develop custom solutions
- Knowledge of industry, client and competitive trends in the life sciences industry
- Strongly prefer an in-depth understanding of IQVIA’s data assets, analytical tools and IQVIA core offerings
- Demonstrated ability to express ideas in a clear and concise manner; tailor message to target audiences
- Experience in leading functional teams in the capture of internal/external client/project requirements
- Consultative mindset with enthusiasm for delivering first-in-class solutions to clients; demonstrated strategic thinking, planning and change management skills
