About the role

  • Provide business management related research, evaluation, operational, reporting and/or analytical support
  • Develop and/or prepare business metrics, standard and ad hoc reporting in collaboration with partners and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular analysis, evaluation/assessment and review of business performance, processes and initiatives
  • Support development of presentations/communications and dissemination of information
  • Contribute to operational activities (report production, system queries, process mapping, tracking, analysis, procedural support, premises, onboarding)
  • Remain informed of emerging issues, industry trends and relevant changes
  • Continuously enhance knowledge in area and grow knowledge of business, analytical tools and techniques
  • Prioritize and manage workload to deliver quality results and meet timelines
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness and operational efficiency
  • Establish relationships across business and technology partners, program and project managers
  • Provide specialized analysis, non-standard reporting, and operational support
  • Deliver assigned initiatives independently with direction from management

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Business / Finance program
  • Proficient with Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI, or similar visualization and analytical tools
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Experience with technology project delivery and agile delivery methodology would be an asset
  • Some prior experience with specialized analysis, non-standard reporting, and operational support

  • Open to all years of study but primarily target 3rd & 4th year students
  • Must reside in Canada and be able to relocate to Toronto offices for hybrid work (4 days/week)
  • 4-month work term (January 5 – April 24, 2026)
